CAMP POLICIES​​​​​​

• Summer camp purchases can only be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours of purchase, camp payments can only be transferred to different camp enrollments, or credited back to your Parent Portal account as EAGC credit, however…
• If you need to cancel or transfer your camp enrollment, you MUST notify EAGC by the Friday prior to your scheduled camp week in order to have funds transferred to a different camp enrollment or credited back to your Parent Portal account.
• Past enrollments are NOT subject to being transferred or credited.
• For a full 5-day week enrollment, individual days are not subject to transfer or credit.
• Camp paperwork: Due ASAP upon camp registration.
