BACKFLIP CLINIC
WITH COACH TENLEY
If you want to learn or improve in flipping backwards, this workshop is for you!
Now, accepting students aged 6+!
For the backflip clinic, students will enroll for a time slot dependent upon their age
- One time slot for ages 6–12
- One time slot for ages 13+ (including adults!)

We are STOKED to celebrate Halloween a few days early. You don't want to miss the best Halloween party around!
What's in store:
- Open gym - Under our brand new gym-wide GLOW lights system
- An acrobatics performance - This performance by our competition team is ALWAYS a hit!
- Costume contest - Dress to impress in your best Halloween costume! Just make sure your child can safely play and flip in their costume.
- Trick-or-treating around the gym - Each child should come prepared with a candy bag!
All ages welcome -- bring some buddies to partake in the fun, even if they've NEVER been to EAGC before.

First, you'll BURN... then, you'll be SMOKIN'!
This early bird strength training class with professional trainer, Joshua, will jumpstart your day. Add an interactive, engaging, and high-energy workout to your routine with BURN. Nutritional and home-workout guidance will also be offered.
BURN classes are now offered exclusively on Saturdays from 8am to 9am, with a drop-in rate of $20 per class. There is no monthly charge—just pay per class as you go.

TUMBLING INTENSIVE FOR DANCERS
WITH YURI AND ALEX
Join us for an exciting tumbling event designed for dancers of all levels, featuring elite coaching from Coach Yuri and Alex Caricato!
About Alex
- Appeared on an episode of Dance Moms
- Performed with Mariah Carey, Jimmy Fallon, and in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
- Featured in a music video with Wyclef Jean
- Two-time collegiate national champion with the University of Tennessee Dance Team

JUMP CLINIC
WITH MAYA AND SKYE
Get ready to elevate your skills! This high-energy clinic is designed to help cheerleaders of all levels improve their jump height, flexibility, form, and technique. Learn expert drills, conditioning methods, and injury prevention strategies in a supportive, motivating environment.

AERIAL SILKS & HAMMOCKS CLASS
WITH SOPHIA
Aerial silks & hammocks class is coming to EAGC starting 6/5!
Whether you’re looking to build strength, increase flexibility, or experience the magic of flying, these classes are designed to challenge and inspire.
Schedule:
- Thursday, 5:30-6:30 pm: Ages 8-17
- Thursday, 6:45-7:45 pm: Ages 16+ (including adults)
- Thursday, 8-9 pm: Ages 18+
The Classes Entail:
- Stretching and conditioning for increased flexibility, mobility, and strength
- Aerial skills training to learn foundational climbs, wraps, knots, and dynamic movements
- Sequencing and flow to incorporate learned skills in expressive aerial sequences
Class Billing & Policies:
- Students can either register and pay for these classes on a monthly basis, OR pay for single-day drop in classes.
- For the monthly option ($25 per class):
- Upon registration, students will pay for the remaining classes in that month.
- For example: If a student enrolls for the Thursday, 5:30-6:30 pm timeslot starting on June 12, the student will pay $25 x 3 for the remaining 3 Thursday classes in June.
- Monthly students are not permitted to attend makeup classes; however, any absences can be converted to complimentary open gyms upon request.
- For the drop-in option ($30 per class):
- Students MUST enroll at least 24 hours prior to the class in order to partake in a drop-in. Payment is due upon registration.
- To enroll for a drop-in, please CALL our office.
- A $35 annual gym insurance fee is due upon registration (unless this has already been paid within the past 12 months).
