EAGC Class Policies & Information

Tuition

  • Complete tuition is due before the first day of the first class and before the first day of each new session.
  • EAGC has a no refund policy.
  • There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
  • Register carefully, there is a $10 fee for switching classes during a session.

    Membership Fee
    There is a yearly membership fee of $50 for gym insurance to be paid once per year for every student. The first year's fee is due as soon as the student joins.

    Stop by and visit EAGC office staff any tme you have questions or need information about our programs:
    Mon-Fri:       4:30 - 8:00 pm
    Saturday:     9:00 am - 12:00 pm

    Payments

  • All payments should be made tp EAGC, and may be mailed or hand-delivered to the gym office.
  • Be sure to include the student's name in the memo line of your check, along with a description of the payment.
  • When you're in the gym, feel free to stop by the office and check your record and account. Our expanded office staff will be happy to answer any questions you have.

    NEW Make-up Policy

  • Students are allowed two make-ups which must be done within the student's session.
  • Classes may be made up during other class times (where space allows) or during open gym.
  • You MUST call the gym office and register in advance for make-up classes.

    Holidays, Gym Closed
    The gym will be closed for business on some holidays.
    Classes held on days that are missed due to gym closure will be extended accordingly for the students.

    Open Gym
    Admission: $5
    Monday - Friday: 12:00 - 1:00 pm
    Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 - 9:00 pm
    Saturday: 2:00 - 3:00 pm
    Children under 12 must be accompanied by and adult
