Private Lessons Hours: Arranged with Insturctor 1 hour: $60/1 or 2 persons, $70/ 3 people, $90/ 4 people.... Lessons are set up on individual's basis with one of the professional's coaches from the gym. Toddler Gym Age: Walking to 36 months $105/8 weeks In this 45 minute introduction to gymnastics, toddlers learn basic mobility and coordination while playing games and making new friends. They are led by Mila Nasikan, who brings her 13 years of experience as a kindergarten teacher to Emilia's. She holds a master's degree in early childhood education and has an enormous love for working with children. Her creativity and interaction with the children make her a favorite with our young students. One adult must accompany each child. :Back to Schedule:

Tumble & Fun Age: 3-4 years $115/8 weeks This 45 minute class is an introduction to gymnastics centered around confidence-building, games and basic skills on various types of equipment. Instructors work closely with children to help them learn basic rules, interaction skills, gymnastic skills, exercises and self trust. :Back to Schedule:

Kinder Stars Age: 5-6 years $130/8 weeks In this 1 hour class, students begin to explore the various competitive gymnastic events, trampoline and tumbling more thoroughly. Skills are taught in a progressive manner to ensure safety and success. Students with interest in participating on a competitive team will gain valuable experience, while other students can enjoy the class recreationally. :Back to Schedule:

Beginner Gymnast Age: 7+ years $145/8 weeks This 1 hour class allows new students to explore gymnastics, while continuing students review fundamentals and move forward to new skills. Interested students may request a coach's review at any time for placement in Intermediate Gymnast or one of Emilia's competitive teams. :Back to Schedule:

Gimnastics Pre-Team - by invitation only $195/2 months Kids showing interest and promise are invited to join one of our pre-teams to begin learning competitive gymnastics or acrobatics. :Back to Schedule:

Cheerleader Training Class - Tumbling & Trampoline $115/8 weeks Our most popular class, cheerleaders attend this one and a half hour class to improve their tumbling and cheer skills. Trampoline training is included, and students are taught by national tumbling champions and experienced cheerleading instructors using state-of-the-art training equipment and techniques. Skills are taught through drills and logical progressions. Proven progression methods allow for maximum safety. This class is hard work, but a lot of fun, so bring your friends with you. :Back to Schedule:

Adults $145/8 weeks Looking for a fun new workout? Always wanted to try a cartwheel? Think it would be fun to see how much you remember from that class in 5th grade? Try a workout that doesn't seem like a one. Join our popular adult class, conveniently scheduled on Saturdays for the busy individual. Especially great for parents who want to fit in a workout while waiting for their children's class to finish. :Back to Schedule:

Open Gym Admission: $5 Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Here is your chance to work out at your own pace, or just have a litle gymnastic fun. Instructors are present, but you are in charge of what you do. Practice your stunting, tumbling, or even Karate. Guys love open gym. Mon - Fri: 12 - 1 pm; Mon - Wed: 8:00 - 9:00pm; Saturday: 2:00 - 3:00pm. :Back to Schedule:
